A CP model with aggregation for real-life project scheduling

Un modèle PPC avec agrégation pour un projet d'ordonnancement réaliste

Abstract

With the constant evolution of the industry, supervisors have to deal with increasingly complex planning systems. In this context, providing decision-support tools (DST) can alleviate the cognitive load that decision-takers suffer from. In the proposed CP model, a classic aggregation/disaggregation methodology is used where, as the decision horizon for implementing some parts of the project becomes more and more imminent, tactical decisions are progressively reinforced to become more and more operational.
