Explore the Research Theses of the University of Orleans

The collection THESES-UO provides access to the full text version of more than 1,000 doctoral theses and several tens of theses leading to the Authorisation to supervise research (Habilitation à diriger des thèses - HDR) presented at the University of Orleans. It brings these research works to the attention of a broad audience.

The research theses of this collection are made available with the permission of the authors . They come either from the mandatory institutional deposit , in a version validated by the jury of the oral examination (digital deposit since 2009 at UO, with a national thesis number) or from self-archiving at the author's initiative.

The research theses leading to the authorisation to supervise research (HDR) , the highest degree in French Higher Education, habe been deposited by their authors . The deposit of these theses isn't a mandatory requirement for those completing the HDR degree.
