L'armée, la justice et la police constituent ce que l'on peut appeler le pouvoir sécuritaire, garant de l'ordre public et de la sécurité. Or, en Tunisie, le pouvoir sécuritaire fut, jusqu'à la fin du régime Ben Ali, avant tout un instrument au service du pouvoir politique. La chute du président Ben Ali va alors avoir pour conséquence un mouvement de démocratisation de ce pouvoir. Cependant, certains éléments poussent à s'interroger sur ce mouvement qui risque fort d'être remis en cause ou sérieusement ralenti., The army, the police and the judiciary represent what we can call the security forces, in charge of guaranteeing public order and security. Yet, in Tunisia, until the end of the previous regime, the security forces were essentially at the service of the political power. Consequently, the fall of President Ben Ali entailed a process of democratisation of these forces. However, certain factors raise questions about this process which might be challenged or significantly slowed down.
