Résumé
As result of a compromise between various national economic policy traditions, the
economic integration project is the subject of very heterogeneous philosophical conceptions

une période où les réflexes sanitaires nationaux frappent de plein fouet le processus
d'intégration économique, la présente contribution s'interroge sur la pérennité du
modèle ordolibéral de régulation du marché intérieur et de concurrence.
