The difficulties experienced by of autistic subjects in tolerating triangular relationships impelled us to create a psychotherapeutic framework in which such relationships could be negotiated. Details of this framework and its effects are presented here taking the example of a six-year-old boy whose repertoire of verbal and gestural expressions. Has been seen to be increased .

Les difficultés des autistes à tolérer les relations à trois nous ont incité à leur proposer un cadre psychothérapeutique dans lequel ils puissent négocier des relations triadiques. Les modalités de ce cadre et ses effets sont ici présentés pour un garçon de 6 ans, chez lequel on observe un enrichissement du répertoire de ses expressions verbales et gestuelles.
