Résumé
The purpose of this research is on the digital transformation of organizations. We are interested in testing the organizational culture in the face of digital. We want to study and understand the process of digital transition of organizations. To do this, we are particularly interested in interactions and actions that are born within an organization as a result of the change brought about by the advent of digital technology and therefore the digital acculturation of the actors within the organization. We also take into account for this study the organization, the actors, the working environment and digital devices that are mobilized to perform digital transformation
L’objectif de ce travail de recherche porte sur la transformation numérique des organisations. Nous nous intéressons à la mise à l’épreuve de la culture organisationnelle face au numérique.Nous souhaitons étudier et comprendre le processus de transition numérique des organisations.Pour ce faire, nous nous intéressons particulièrement aux interactions et aux actions qui naissent au sein d’une organisation à la suite du changement survenu par l’avènement du numérique et donc à l’acculturation numérique des acteurs au sein de l’organisation.Nous prenons également en compte pour cette étude l’organisation, les acteurs, l’environnement de travail et les dispositifs numériques qui sont mobilisés pour effectuer transformation numérique
